Juris Criminalis Cover

Juris Criminalis is a national peer-reviewed journal published by the Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Mataram since 2023 with E-ISSN: xxxx-xxxx. The journal focuses on Criminal Law, providing a platform for scholars and practitioners to explore criminal law issues across different jurisdictions and legal systems. All submissions are single-blind reviewed by peer reviewers. Articles may be written in Bahasa Indonesia or English.

The aim of this journal is to provide a venue for academics, researchers, and practitioners to publish original research or review articles. Juris Criminalis is published twice a year (April and October), available both online and in print, focusing on the study of criminal law and its contemporary challenges.

Before Submission

Please ensure that your paper is prepared according to the Juris Criminalis paper template, has been thoroughly proofread and polished, and adheres to the author guidelines.

Authors who wish to submit their manuscripts to this journal must adhere to the writing guidelines. Manuscripts that do not comply with the guidelines or are written in an incorrect format will BE REJECTED at the initial stage by the editors before further review. The editors will only accept manuscripts that meet the prescribed format.

Information

We recommend that authors check their manuscript's similarity index before submission to ensure originality. Every manuscript submitted to Juris Criminalis is checked using Turnitin plagiarism detection software. If the manuscript shows a similarity index higher than 25%, it will be returned to the author for revision.
