Implementasi Prinsip Trikon Ki Hajar Dewantara sebagai Perwujudan School Well-Being di SMPN 12 Surabaya

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Prinsip Trikon Ki Hajar Dewantara
sebagai perwujudan school well-being di SMPN 12 Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi dan studi
dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan model interaktif Miles dengan tahapan
pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari
penelitian ini adalah terdapat implementasi ketiga prinsip Trikon Ki Hajar Dewantara, yakni
kontinuitas, konvergensi, dan konsentrisitas sehingga perwujudan school well-being di SMPN 12
Surabaya juga terpenuhi dengan mewujudkan empat dimensi, yakni having, loving, being, dan
health.
