PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, KEMAMPUAN KERJA DAN KERJASAMA TIM TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PUSKESMAS SEMBALUN

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, kemampuan kerja 
dan Kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Sembalun. Metode penelitian yang 
digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang di kuantitatifkan. Populasi 
penelitian ini terdiri dari 103 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah 
mode sensus. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode statistic dengan menggunakan aplikasi 
SPSS. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi berganda, 
uji normalitas, uji miltikolonieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji f, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini 
menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai 
Puskesmas Sembalun. Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai 
Puskesmas Sembalun. dan Kerjasama tim berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai 
Puskesmas Sembalun

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work ability and Teamwork on the 
performance of employees of the Sembalun Health Center. The research method used in this 
study is a qualitative method that is quantified. The population of this study consisted of 103 
respondents. The data collection method used is census mode. The data analysis technique uses 
statistical methods using the SPSS application. The data analysis used is validity test, reliability 
test, multiple regression analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, 
f test, and t test. The results of this study indicate that leadership has an influence and is 
significant on the performance of employees of the Sembalun Health Center. Work ability has 
an influence and is significant on the performance of employees of the Sembalun Health Center.
