ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap
Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Penataan Ruang
(PUPR) Provinsi NTB yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh masing-masing variabel
Kepuasan Kerja (X1) dan Komitmen Organisasi (X2) Terhadap Organizational Citizenship
Behavior (Y).Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metodologi
asosiatif-kausal. Dalam studi ini, sebanyak 68 pegawai adalah populasi sebagai responden.
Selanjutanya, pengujian dilakukan dengan teknik analisa regresi linier berganda dengan alat
analisis menggunakan SPSS VERSI 18.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) Kepuasan
Kerja berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan tehadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (2)
Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship

ABSTRACT
This research is entitled The Influence of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on
Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Employees of the Public Works Spatial Planning
Service (PUPR) of NTB Province which aims to determine the influence of each variable of
Job Satisfaction (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) on Organizational Citizenship
Behavior (Y ).This research is quantitative research using associative-causal methodology. In
this study, 68 employees were the population as respondents. Furthermore, testing was carried
out using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with analysis tools using SPSS
VERSION 18. The results of the research show that: ( 1) Job Satisfaction has a positive and
significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (2) Organizational Commitment has
a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
